Honolulu, HI (March 29, 2023) - A pedestrian sustained serious injuries in a car crash in the Waianae area of Honolulu on March 29. Crews were dispatched to the scene to render aid at around 12:16 p.m.
The victim, only identified as a man, was on the Farrington Highway near the Waianae Coast Comp Center when they were struck by a vehicle. He was transported to a trauma center with serious injuries.
Traffic was delayed in the area while emergency crews were present. Police urged local drivers to find alternate routes for the time being.
